Patagonia’s men’s Pau boot being resoled by Matt Menely, owner of Mountain Soles where all resoling is done by hand. Patagonia encourages reusing its products. Patagonia supplies Mountain Soles with a variety of outsoles free of charge. The only thing that a consumer pays for is Matt’s manual labor. Not a bad price for pure hand-crafted work in this day and age of machines, oil, energy and technology!
